2. In-Room Dining
We know water leaves you famished, so allow us to keep you satisfied by our in-room dining from 9 AM until 12 AM
3. Laundry & Dry-Cleaning
Creating our boutique hotel, we decided to keep our space limited, so we outsource our dry cleaning and perform laundry services in-house. Timings and prices depend on items.
4. Lost & Found
Our hotel staff is happy to help you find any misplaced items you may have lost on our premises. If you find anything that may seem to be lost, please hand it in to our front desk.
5. Make A Green Choice
For guests eager to explore our beautiful surroundings, kindly check the availability of our bicycles.
Please note that in an effort to save water and the environment, our guests also have the option to not have their bedsheets changed every day by playing the sign available in the room on the bed. Furthermore, if guests would like their towels changed, the towels should be placed on the floor.
6. Health & Well-Being Inappropriate Behavior
Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
7. Smoking
All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the hotel. There will be a $200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
8. Policies
To provide you with ultimate peace and tranquility, our child policy is strictly from ages 16 and above. Please consider those coming for such relaxation; try and keep the noise as minimal as possible. Also, no pets are allowed at Mazeej White.
9. Safe Box
Each guest room has a personal safe for you to put your diamonds, rubies and valuable things. For more information, please contact the front desk.
10. Styling
We can provide you with any housekeeping services you need along with our daily services which are provided automatically.
11. Transportation
Whatever & whenever, we’ll provide you with any transportation you may need. We have partnered with Sixt Egypt to provide you with the best cars ready at your disposal at any time to go anywhere.
12. Wake-Up Calls
We personally care for our guests, so we will personalize your wake-up call. Just give us a heads up to arrange it.
13. Telephone
Our hotel offers guests internal communication. For international calls, please inform the front desk and they will gladly arrange it.
15. Fire Safety
You will find an emergency evacuation plan located by your guestroom door. If you smell smoke or feel heat call the front desk immediately. Remain in your room, and above all, remain calm.
In any emergency, your chances for survival increase with your level of preparedness and your ability to act with a clear head.

An Egyptian fusion restaurant, that conveys the exquisite taste of both Arabic and international cuisines.

2. KIKI’S
KIKI’s Beach is a luminous bar & restaurant on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, it is one of the most favored places in the North Coast due to its signature cocktails, delicious unique dishes and social beats providing a distinctive atmosphere of happiness and a vibrant atmosphere by the tumbling waves of Hacienda White.
Open daily from 12 pm until sunset.
3. Buoy
This year, we’re going all out with an all new gastronomical experience of Mediterranean - Greek infused dishes at Buoy! Located in KIKIs, Buoy will provide its guests with an experience like no other; succulent food directly by the beach for a meal with a killer view.

4. Comme Il Faut
Comme Il Faut is a creatively driven concept scape by Maison Mehany that promotes carefully selected local and regional designers and brands. It’s an experience in modern design, visual Arab culture and future of the retail The experience will include workshops held throughout the summer at Mazeej White and priority of bookings will be reserved to our Mazeej guests.
Comme Il Faut is open daily from 10 am until 11 pm.
5.Seven Fortunes
With a passion for the art of coffee and creating extraordinary experiences, Seven Fortunes has established itself as a world class coffee brand from Dubai serving specialty coffee to its guests. Seven Fortunes has recently collaborated with Mazeej to create a specially curated blend for Mazeej and our esteemed guests!
7. Ganzouri Specialized Hospital
In an effort to ensure extra safety precautions, we have provided extra medical services at our clinic at Mazeej White sponsored by El Ganzouri Hospital.
Please note that all services provided by El Ganzouri Hospital are strictly for guests of Mazeej White.
C. Activities
1. Lagoon
Enjoy your time by our crystal blue lagoon just steps away from your rooms, open from 9:00 AM to sunset. Please note that you can also order and indulge in our delicious dishes from Shokuku by the lagoon all day long until sunset.
2. Beach
Soak up the Mediterranean sun on the beach of Hacienda White, please note that rules and regulations apply. You can also order food and drinks to enjoy by the beach.
3. BeFit
BeFit is the leading fitness entity in Egypt, which aims at offering premium health & fitness services to both professional athletes and the general public. You can use the dedicated area in our courtyard provided by Befit 360 for our fitness enthusiasts to workout whenever they please.
4. El Sagheer Beauty Salon
The famed Sagheer beauty salon is open at Mazeej White every day from 10 am till 10 pm for our guests to get fresh manicure and pedicures, their hair done or for a waxing session! Please note that guests must book in advance and to book, please contact the front desk.

5. The Mala Yoga
The Mala Yoga will host daily yoga classes at Mazeej! Book your spot for a session to heal your soul and relax your mind and body. Booking should be made in advance.
Everyday classes from 9:45 am to 10:45 am & 11 am to 12 pm.

6. EX by Art d'Egypte
This summer, EX by Art D’Egypte has partnered with Mazeej Hotel as one of their initiatives to fill our surroundings and lives with art and allow us to interact with art on a daily basis. Exhibitions will change throughout the summer and guests can even buy the paintings and sculptures.
At Mazeej White, you’ll find two exhibitions; one at our lobby in which there are unique sculptures for sale and the other at our dedicated Art D’Egypte courtyard in which we will have several exhibitions during the summer.
