You owe yourself a weekend of luxury to the senses; by harnessing the energy of the Mediterranean sea, we will start a journey of self development, releasing what doesn’t serve you well and learning how to be in the present moment.

On this transformational weekend, You will be introduced to different meditation techniques, energetic vinyasa, relaxing yin, sound healing; while understanding more about your physical and energy body through nutrition sessions, yoga philosophy and Asanas explained. With an integrative detox that can help give your body a fresh start, renews energy levels, aids in weight loss, and ultimately helps prevent disease by giving your digestion system a break and enabling your body to concentrate its efforts on healing. You will have the time to relax by the beach and top it all off with a fantastic massage provided by NEV Spa & Wellness that will make you feel brand new.

The retreat is open for all levels and is for those who are willing to commit to dedicating this time to themselves and to really trigger their own transformation.

Enjoy cleansing your body with the healthiest detox meals in town by Be Good To You. Freshly and lovingly made, the food designed for this weekend getaway is focused on cleansing, nourishing while tingling your taste buds.

The detox menu will include, cold-pressed shots, juices, smoothies, chia puddings, all-natural soups, fresh salads, daily vegetable broth, herbal teas & infused water.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

 
 

Sarah Abdelmoneim

Sarah Abdelmoneim started her yoga journey back in 2016. After a decade in high intensity corporate jobs, she found her serenity and internal sense of peace through yoga. She decided to make a powerful career shift finishing her 200 Hrs Vinyasa certification in Bali and her 300 Hrs Vinyasa and Yin in India. She spent a a year in Bali teaching at Yoga Union school for the 200 Hr teacher trainings. She taught meditation, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga philosophy and more. She recently moved back to Egypt to continue her journey back home and continue spreading the love for yoga.

 

Loulii Megahed

Alia aka Loulii started her journey with yoga and sound healing back in 2016. She went to Nepal and India to get her certification and came back to find her self continuing her sound healing journey with her 7 singing bowls, that will help harmonize your energy and release blockages and what no longer serves us for us to get closer to our true.

 
 
 

Nadia Aboutaleb

Nadia is a firm believer that the key to happiness is balancing a lifestyle of good nutrition, daily physical activity, and a positive outlook on life. She is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), and a Culinary Nutritional Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Nadia is the founder of Be Good To You, the leading health food restaurant in Cairo. She is a mother of two and holds a BA in mass communication from AUC and a MBA from Regent’s University in London.

 

Aya Ali

Aya is be good to you General Manager, a Computer Science graduate & holds HR Diploma from AUC. She has always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. Her journey started when she enrolled in the Health Coaching Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. She then joined the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program at the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, which enriched her skills not only in cooking, but also in nutrition and equipped her to have an in-depth knowledge about integrating nutrition with a healthy lifestyle. Finally, she got certified from Precision Nutrition level 1 & 2.
